DOES EVERYONE NEED A TICKET?
Yes! (Except children aged 1 years & under are FREE and do not require a ticket for the event).
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Capacity is limited, to ensure your preferred time slot is not sold out, tickets should be purchased in advance online at www.pumpkinville.ca under the BUY TICKETS tab.
IS THIS A KID-FRIENDLY EVENT?
Yes! It's kid, parent, family, neighbor and even pet friendly!
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
🐶 We will be hosting dog friendly days.: Oct 1, 5, 8, 14, 19, 22, 27, and 30
Your pet must remain on a leash at all times. Please have your pets use the washroom before entering the event.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY INSIDE?
You are welcome to enjoy the event at your own pace.
WHEN DO THE LIGHTS TURN ON?
The lights turn on when the sun goes down for an evening experience. Times vary day to day depending on the time of year/season. Please google your specific date to see when the sun usually goes down if you would like to plan accordingly to see the pumpkins at night.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY BARCODE?
Your ticket and unique barcode will be emailed to you after purchasing your ticket. Please check your spam inbox if you haven't received it. If you're still not having luck, please email us at contact@pumpkinville.ca Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed.
I'VE LOST MY TICKET, WHAT NOW?
Not to worry! When you arrive at the door provide us with the name you booked your tickets under and we can search you up!
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY RESERVATION?
Pending availability. Please email customer services at contact@pumpkinville.ca
ARE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes, public restrooms are available at the EXIT of the experience. Please plan accordingly.
IS THE EVENT ACCESSIBLE?
The experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
IS THIS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT?
Yes, we are open rain or shine so let's have some fun. In the event of a severe weather cancellation, you will be able to reschedule to another date of your choice based on availability, an email with instructions will be sent to you.
THE MIDWAY RIDES are operational depending on weather conditions. During severe weather which can cause mechanical issues, rides may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.
ARE THERE ANY RULES?
Like all exhibits, we kindly ask that you do not touch any of the sectioned-off art or sculptures. Specific areas allow for you to be immersed inside of the experience and interact with the props.
CAN WE TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS?
Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures as you wish and make sure to share and tag us!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for one-time use only.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE EVENT?
Yes, parking is available immediately next to the experience, as well as throughout the Scarborough Town Centre.
